#Wild&Wicked Wednesday: Should I or Shouldn't I...

Welcome to my space here on blogger. I've been hard at work on a few projects and need to ask everyone a question. Should I or shouldn't I release the first two installments of the Bigfoot Chronicles as a special edition print? You see, I'd like to be able have a few print books to give out to celebrate the release of the last installment of the trilogy. This way it would get readers ready for the finale and have one more way to get the buzz going around about my Bigfoot stories.

I've also been working on a short novella to introduce my contribution to the Sassy Vixen Publishing Temptations Resort shared world series. The first one will actually be in the Season of Sun and Sin anthology and called "Silk Seductions." That's also the name of the brothel/resort in Nevada (fictional!) where the stories are set. The offshoot of the Silk Resort series is the Silk N Satin line within the Temptations Resort series. SnS is the name of the adults only establishment that offers the escort services on the island paradise. The owner of both places, Margarite Rouseau will surprise you. She's tough as nails but cares deeply for the escorts in her employ. 

Enough teasing for now. As I write this, I decided to go ahead and do the special print release of Brigid's Blessing and Bigfoot Claims His Mate together in one bound volume. Once the third novella is finished, that one may be in print all by itself. I have to wait to see how long it is before I decide that. No matter what, all three will be together as one ebook and print before Christmas. So excited!

I'd still like to hear your thoughts. Should I or shouldn't I put out the first two novellas together as one print book? If yes, should I also put it out as an ebook?

Welcome back to Erotic Tales by Tawny Savage. This week I've joined a great group of authors to share six paragraphs from one of our works in progress or previously published works. This week, I'm sharing another part of Brigid's Blessing (The Bigfoot Chronicles 1). I thought it would be a great idea to continue to tease you with snippets from this and the second book until the last one comes out later this summer.

The last six paragraphs I shared with everyone here was from a scene toward the beginning of the book. This time, I thought it would be fun to share the six OPENING paragraphs to set the mood for the entire story. To refresh your memory a bit, here's the blurb...

WARNING: This is a work of fiction detailing very EXPLICIT SEX between humans and the creature known as Bigfoot. ADULTS ONLY! 

Bryanna Stevens was slowly dying inside. The safe and consensual sexual relationship with her husband Travis had slowly deteriorated into one filled with torment and abuse. With nowhere to turn, she pleaded her case to the Goddess Brigid. She offered herself up to the gods to do as they see fit if they’d grant her one wish—to conceive a child of her own. 


Hell bent on avenging mutilation and death of his pregnant mate, Ashar risks everything to make the humans pay. Instead, he’s blindsided by his desire for the naked beauty stretched out over an altar, pleading for the gods to give her a child. Before he can stop himself, he’s kneeling beside her. Could she be the one to save the Forest People and mend his broken heart or the one to destroy them all? 

April 15th, Present Day, McCloud, California

“Bryanna! Get your ass out here, honey. You’re gonna miss the toast.” Travis Stevens loved to throw parties for his buddies and their wives. It didn’t matter the occasion, just as long as he could put out a big spread and ply them all with booze. He spared no expense. Nothing was too good for his friends and tonight he outdid himself—thanks to her.

I’d be out there a bit faster if you’d get off your ass and help. “I’ll be right there.” She grabbed the rest of the champagne glasses from the cupboard and placed them on the serving tray. Bryanna took a deep, cleansing breath, held it for a few seconds, and then slowly exhaled. Not only did she spend the entire night running around serving their guests, Travis expected her to be a mind reader as well. If he would’ve told her he wanted to serve champagne, she would’ve had the glasses ready to go. Now here she was rushing around the kitchen again while he barked at her to hurry up.

Travis smiled broadly as she entered the room, but his eyes betrayed his annoyance with her. To keep up the appearance of the happy host, he rushed forward to take the tray from her. “There you are. Let me help you with those.” He clenched his teeth together and hissed so only she could hear him. “Took you long enough. Are you trying to make me look bad in front of our friends?

She kept her voice low and continued to smile to hide the fact she wanted to punch him in the face. “They’re your friends. Not mine. If you’d given me any sort of direction for this shindig, I could’ve had everything exactly as you wanted it.”

“We’ve been having these same parties every Tax Day for the last eight years. You should know what I want by now.”

“What the fuck ever. Just pop the cork on the bubbly and let’s get this farce over with. I have better things to do with my time then to wait on your friends hand and foot.”

I'm excited to announce I've joined another fun blog hop. This one is made up of a group of authors who share six paragraphs from one of their current works in progress or something they've already published. This week, I decided to share a bit from my first published short novella, Brigid's Blessing (The Bigfoot Chronicles). For those of you who are first time visitors to my blog, let me warn you. This novella and the entire trilogy this is a part of is categorized as dark erotica, more specifically monster erotica. The creature we all know as Bigfoot or Sasquatch has very explicit sex with the heroine. Some folks may find it offensive. That's okay. If you're one of those people, you may not want to read further. If you'd like to see what all the "hoopla" is over this genre, then read on!

This is the beginning of the scene right after the heroine Bryanna has a confrontation with some of her husband's friends. These people were in her home attending a party her husband held every year. Bryanna loathes most of them as they've always treated her as an outcast and beneath them. One woman in particular couldn't keep her mouth shut resulting in Bryanna kicking ALL of them out and then retreating to her bedroom.


Fucking cunt! Who the hell does she think she is passing judgment on me? She kicked off her shoes, slipped the large sweatshirt over her head and flopped down at her dressing table. She stared back at her reflection in the mirror and giggled. There she was in all her glory—half of her hair out of her braid, lipstick completely rubbed off, mascara smudged under her eyes, and her cheeks flushed a deep rose color. Her tits, barely contained in her bra, bounced as her laughter turned to tears.

She was so tired of being judged around town for trying to be true to herself. “I am who I am.” Travis used to love that about her. It was her free spirit that attracted him to her in the first place. She was the one who introduced him to the BDSM lifestyle. Unfortunately, over the last few years they’ve strayed from the safe and consensual to the angry sex. She wasn’t sure when he changed from the caring Dom to the nightmare control freak he was now, but she couldn’t take it anymore.  The more he drank, the less he could perform unless it meant tormenting and demoralizing her. That wasn’t what she signed up for when she agreed to be his submissive. 

It was time she faced the facts. Her ten year marriage was a joke. Sure the sex was over the top and exactly what she wanted—when he was able to deliver. Most days he was either too tired or too drunk to get it up. It took her to push him enough to make him pissed off before his dick would rise to the occasion and that was getting to be scarce as well. 

It’s why she was surprised at how hard his cock was just before the toast. Maybe showing off in front of his friends gave him the hard on because it sure as hell wasn’t her. She slipped out of her bra and examined the scratches and tiny welts over her tits. Her right nipple appeared bruised where he bit into it. She had feared he did more damage, but luckily no part of it was missing.

She unraveled the rest of her hair from the loose braid and brushed some of the tangles out of it. She loved the way her hair appeared with soft waves after braiding. The gold and red highlights in her chestnut brown hair were a new addition and one her husband wasn’t fond of at all. He wanted her to go a deep auburn color but she refused. That set off another nasty confrontation between them. Instead of hot angry sex, he’d stormed out and stayed away. Apparently he preferred the company of the drunks and tramps at the local bar instead of staying home with her. He didn’t start talking to her again until three days ago. Whatever. I’m done.


She stood and unzipped her skirt, letting it fall to the floor in a silky puddle at her feet. She gazed at her reflection in the full length mirror on the bedroom door and admired her curves. It took a lot of work to keep her looking fit and it was wasted on a man who didn’t appreciate it or her at all.

I know you're SHOCKED to see me back again so soon, but I wanted to share the news with all of you. Once again, the first two books of the Bigfoot Chronicles are moving on up the Rubenesque Erotica charts on All Romance/Omnilit. As of this writing, Bigfoot Claims His Mate is sitting at #18 and Brigid's Blessing is at #28. 

Can you BELIEVE IT??? I'm simply over the moon!

This song resonates with me now. I have been losing sleep thinking about the things that "we" meaning my characters and I could be. The last post proves it. The final book in this trilogy is filled with jaw dropping surprises. What I revealed on Monday is just the tip of the iceberg in the clash between the humans and The Forrest People.

This is my first published series and it means so much to me that readers are enjoying it. Thank you all for your support. ♥♥♥♥♥

#OhMy! Monday: @Tawny_Savage Discusses A Few Twists Coming Up in #BIGFOOT'S REVENGE #erotica

Welcome to my digs. What do you think? It's still in the early stages and I'm doing a little remodeling here and there. Most of it involves borrowing the banners from my fellow Sassy Vixen authors. What do I have to make you go Oh My! about? What would you say if I told you I wanted to share a few of the surprises in store for you in the third and final novella in the Bigfoot Chronicles trilogy? What was that? I can't hear you...

Yeah thought so. You're in too much shock to answer. You think I'd be stupid to tell you what's going to happen in Bigfoot's Revenge (The Bigfoot Chronicles 3). You may be right. I may be crazy...

Whether I'm nutso or not isn't the point. I am going to share a few of the secrets. 

Before I go any further, I will be giving spoilers here. If you haven't read my Bigfoot Chronicles yet...what's stopping you? If you plan on reading them at any point and hate when people give away the plot points, then stop reading right now!

You may have already figured a bit out on your own if you read Brigid's Blessing and  Bigfoot Claims His Mate. You know that Bryanna's soon to be ex-husband is a twisted fuck, but have you figured out why? The scene where he's watching Bry and Ashar go at it in the garden was a twist even I didn't see coming. I mean, hello! We all thought he was safely locked away in jail awaiting transfer to rehab. 

HA! We leave him in the garden shed licking the sharp blade of his jagged hunting knife. You know the kind I'm talking about. Crocodile Dundee knife, baby. The kind that will filet a croc in thirty seconds flat.

Imagine what that kind of knife could do to a woman who has wronged you and made you look like a fool in front of your friends and family. Top it off, she prefers to spread her legs for your hairy ass brother...

That's right. I said BROTHER.

Ashar and Travis are brothers. They share the same father who is actually on his death bed. Ashar is to take over as Chief of the clan when his father goes on to the next world. What neither of them know is Travis actually has claim to that leadership role. He's older than Ashar by a year. 

Shocked? Wondering how it could be? Who kept the secret all this time? Think about it folks. Who has been working with the humans nearly all of her life to ensure the survival of her kind?

Etsey. The Shaman for the tribe knows all. She raised all of her son's children when his mate passed away during the birth of the youngest sibling. She refused the help of the rest of the tribe because she had to keep the identity of one of the children a secret. With the help of the humans, she was able to hide him away with a couple who never knew his ties to the Forest People. All they knew was they wanted a child.

If they only knew he was the blood of their sworn enemy! As you all found out in Bigfoot Claims His Mate, the Stevens family have a long standing violent feud with the Forest People going back centuries. Leaving Travis in their care, ensured his survival but taught him to hate his own kind. It's also why he can't fight his attraction for the females of Ashar's clan and why he took such pleasure in the rape and murder of Ashar's first mate, Taema. To cover up how sexually aroused he was around her, he coerced his friends to fuck her too.

I told you he was a sick bastard. Don't think that's all to the story as Bryanna and Ashar learn the truth in a most shocking and tragic manner. 

You really didn't think I'd tell you THAT part now did you? hehehe I have to save some surprises for you, my lovelies. Stay tuned. It's going to shock the shit out of you!

This time of year is one of my favorites. It's the holiday season and for me and my character Bryanna, it's the time of the Winter Solstice or Yule. All the basic traditional symbols of the tree, Yule log, and mistletoe have their roots in the ancient religions...before Christianity. What I love about modern times is we all get to share these traditions and make them our own. 

For me, Yule is a time centered around the  special magic of colors, snow and tradition. It's a time of rebirth and renewal—a time of new beginnings. This is the time when many folks make resolutions for the upcoming new year and get ready for brighter things to come.

This is what Bryanna wishes for in Brigid's Blessing. She wants nothing more than to have a child of her own. If it means she has to offer herself up to Bigfoot to do it, she will.  

Boy does she ever! She wasn't prepared for the raw, animalistic need that hit her the moment Ashar made his presence known to her. The fear that she should've felt wasn't there. Instead she wanted nothing more than to give herself over completely to his lust—over and over again. Here's an EXCERPT.

Wow! What a week. I know it's not much, but I'm now on Goodreads, have my own personal Facebook page and an author fan page, and I'm on Triberr. I wasn't going to do all of that and just stick with Twitter and use Sassy Vixen Publishing as my blog but here I am. Go figure. LOL!

It also feels good to have my heroine recognized as a beautiful curvy woman...Rubenesque...love that term. To me, that's what real women look like. Sure I love to see the "skinny" hot bodies, but I'm most attracted to those with curvy hips, large breasts, smaller but not necessarily thin waist. The classic hour glass figure is what appeals to me.

Yes, I swing both ways. :)

The heart wants who and WHAT the heart wants. It doesn't consider gender or even species in the equation in my tales. Don't get your panties in a bunch. I'm not into bestiality nor am I condoning it at all. I'm saying to each his own and it's a private matter.

In my FANTASY world and that of my characters, the lines are indeed blurred, so much so that the very taboo becomes the most sought after pleasure.
